Well, I had to reblog this. And point out that he switched heartache and headache. And point out they haven’t played a show in Montreal in over 2 and half years. Bastards.

Smoking weed and making money!
Arctic Monkeys - Mardy Bum
I’ve been pretty lax with the music (especially the crate digging) lately. But damn this song nails relationship ennui perfectly.
First 10 minutes of The Carter.
Can’t wait to see this thing whole. Wayne is simply one of those special musicians, the kind of musician who deserves a documentary (for example, I probably couldn’t care less if someone made a Jay-Z/Drake doc). To see the recording process, the lifestyle, everything about him demands attention. The filmmakers seem to get him, which really excites me. I haven’t been this pumped for a music doc since I Am Trying to Break Your Heart.
This summer, a brother of a friend of mine, David Servin and his girlfriend, Ashlie Krakowski, both died in a car crash with a police car returning from a call. For a long time, the incident remained under investigation. Today, video and some other details was released of the crash. The cop was going 94 mph (remember, this was on the way back from a call, not to) on Route 1 (where the limit ranges from 40 to 50). In the video, it is clear Ashlie probably took a unnecessary risk trying to make a left handed turn across two lanes with two cop cars approaching. With that in mind, I could not be more disgusting with the cop. At night, Route 1 is very poorly lit in Milford. In addition, at that time of night the stoplights are turned off (you can see the yellow lights flashing in the video), which means drivers must take extra precaution when it comes to turning vehicles. A police officer is supposed to be there to help protect the community. Jason Anderson spit in the face of the concept that night. The lives of two amazing young people were cut short for no reason at all. I could not more furious with this pig fucker. He better not be free for a good stretch.
(In more full disclosure, the story linked is written by another friend of mine, James Tinley)
I prefer to think of Stevie Wonder’s “Isn’t She Lovely?” as a song written out of a genuine question he had.
This is pretty fantastic. (via hailthepagesturning)
A fun thing to do with this is to see how much songs you can identify from the clips. And by fun, I mean “Oh my god, Kramer, you have wasted your life”.
M83 - We Own The Sky
So, I just nailed a parallel parking spot. Like, the spot was tighter than an alter boy’s asshole before his first confession. I got in with one motion, no adjustments or anything. Might as well be glued to the curb. I stepped out of my car, put my iPod on shuffle and this song came up. Then onlookers erupted in applause and a squirrel gave me a high five. As I walked away, my car exploded. I just kept walking away, in slow motion, as if nothing happened.
